Pre-tasks – Familiarise yourself with the features.
Online collaboration – In this 1-hour online session, we will review your previous training setup, set up the new ‘Training history’ table and fine-tune user roles and learn how to use these new features effectively.
Pre conditions
This service package is available as part of the Sympa 25 upgrade. If you haven’t signed up for the rollout yet, please read more at Support Portal or contact Sympa. Good to know also, that user role setup requires the new User Role feature.
