Pre-tasks – Get familiar with the feature and plan the user roles using a template created for you.
Online collaboration – In this 1-hour online session, we will review your plan, set up the key user roles, and kick off the role assignment process. A Sympa expert will also introduce you to the log export feature.
Post-tasks – Complete the roles and assignments at your own pace and let Sympa know when you’re ready to activate the roles.
