Verbal and written warning processes are used to address employee behaviour or performance issues. You also have the opportunity to request approval of the decided measures from involved parties, to ensure agreed actions.

How will you get the BP solution implemented into your Sympa environment:

• We will have an introduction call to show the feature, discuss the scope, plan the schedule, and agree on the user privileges.
• You might get tasks to work with and deliver back to Sympa.
• We will do the configurations for you.
• When ready, we will have a call where we will train you on how to use the feature in your own Sympa environment, and plan the steps for putting the feature live.
