Note. The monthly fee shall be invoiced on an annual basis in advance (12 months’ fees). All prices exclude VAT. The user will pay the service fees concerning Apps, including any and all applicable taxes to Sympa’s designated bank account within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Prices on Sympa Marketplace are displayed in euros. Calculations in other currencies are approximates, which might not correspond with the final invoiced amount.
Description
We offer to our customers cost-effective Sympa admin user service, through which you can outsource all or some of the admin user tasks. "Through the admin user service, you can take full advantage of the Sympa solution and support your business in the best possible way. Sympa's expertise enables efficient and fast implementation of development projects. Hours are non-cumulative and reset monthly, as this is a recurring monthly service. Any additional hours exceeding the monthly allocation will be billed at the standard hourly rate
Admin user service includes:
- Data uploads
- Integration changes
- System changes (datacard, form, and profile changes)
- Creation of document templates
- Approval chain changes
- Filter setup configuration
- Adding and changing the organisation chart
- User rights changes
