Description

This feature is designed to enhance the well-being of employees within the organisation. It can support management in proactive engagement with employees, particularly those who may be returning from a long-term absence, etc. Automated reminders ensure that managers timely follow up with their employees, and notifications about sick day totals help initiate well-being checks, even if managers are not immediately aware of the absence patterns.

Well-being support includes two pages. The preparation page allows employees to answer questions at their own pace, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The second page, is used by the manager to record and track the process with the employee, as well as document action plans.
